Windows 7: Remove Libraries Folder

When you remove Libraries from Navigation Pane, Windows Explorer Icon at taskbar still open Libraries by default, except you change target location for Windows Explorer taskbar icon. In this tip not remove functional of libraries, just to delete Windows Explorer shortcut on taskbar.

First step to do that type regedit at Start – Start Search. Navigate your cursor to

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{031E4825-7B94-4dc3-B131-E946B44C8DD5}\ShellFolder.

Right click on ShellFolder and chosse Permissions. Choose group Admnistrator with your username on the top of panel. On Permissions for System side check the box Full Control then click OK. Back to the registry, right click on Attributes value and chosse Modify. Enter b090010d in Value Data column and then click OK. Close registry editor and restart your computer.
